Having acne is hard.

Discovering your inner-beauty is hard.

Putting yourself out there is hard.

Staying in and missing out on life is hard.

Loving yourself with acne is hard.

Hating the reflection of yourself in the mirror every day is hard.

Feeling disappointed by the lack of progress is hard.

Staying the same is hard.

Finding the right routine for your skin is hard.

Doing too much to clear your skin is hard.

Going on dates with acne is hard.

Being alone is hard.

Getting help is hard.

Doing it alone is hard.

Having low self-esteem is hard.

Having self-compassion is hard.

Acceptance is hard.

Self-loathing is hard.

Staying consistent is hard.

Beating yourself up is hard.

Obsessing over your skin is hard.

Having a balanced approach is hard.

Over-restricting your diet is hard.

Not worrying about your diet is hard.

Being vulnerable is hard.

Holding it all in is hard.

The journey to clear skin is not for the faint of heart. It’s filled with daily struggles and choices.

And it’s these choices that ultimately shape your healing journey and, more importantly, your self-esteem and overall happiness.

If both scenarios are going to be hard, which one would you rather choose?

One that aligns more closely with your long-term well-being? or one that aligns with your short-term comfort?

Choose the “hard” that leads to growth and self-love.
